Our meeting rooms are the perfect place for larger gatherings. Of course, you can also contact us for smaller-scale business meetings, receptions, and drinks. Do you prefer to keep your business meeting a little more private? Our authentic Knight's Room is the perfect private dining location.
Kasteel Kerckebosch has three multifunctional meeting rooms, which can also be combined into one room. In addition to these three meeting rooms, Kasteel Kerckebosch offers two particularly attractive boardrooms. These boardrooms are located in the heart of our castle and are suitable for a meeting as well as a board lunch or dinner.
With our meeting packages, you will be comprehensively cared for and relieved of all your worries for the entire day.
With us, you will find the space and the quiet to work intensively with your team for one or more days. And after a hard day's work, you can relax with a good glass of wine in our bar or on the terrace, or with an excellent dinner in our conservatory or one of our private dining rooms.
Of course, we are happy to assist you in making your program complete. For example, think of a fun workshop or team building activities. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug, but also our beautiful castle garden, provide the perfect backdrop for various sporting or creative activities.
The special rooms of the castle each come with their own atmosphere. This makes them suitable for use as a stylish business conference room or an unforgettable product presentation. The rooms in the authentic castle serve well as presentation rooms or sub-session rooms. Room Zeist (more than 200m2) can be used as the plenary room. Due to the small scale of our castle, the location can easily be reserved exclusively, which can contribute to the message and goal of the congress.

Ample parking space is available around Kerckebosch Castle. There are no costs attached to this. Parking on site is at your own risk. There are two charging stations present in the parking area.
Wifi is available throughout the castle. Our network is called Kerckebosch Guest, there is no password required to log in.
