Huis Ter Heide

Equipped with a special wall on which you can write with the use of whiteboard markers. French doors for sufficient light and ventilation. There is also air conditioning available in the room. The entire building is provided with free high-speed wifi.

Entire Zeist
A combination of our 3 meeting rooms (Den Dolder, Bosch & Duin and Huis ter Heide) with an area of about 200m2.
Ideal for presentations or conferences up to 130 people.
Equipped with a beamer, screen and sound boxes incorporated in the ceiling. Large windows and patio doors for sufficient ventilation and daylight.
There is also air conditioning available in the room. The entire building is provided with free high-speed wifi.

Lintelo Room
A beautiful boardroom situated in the authentic part of the castle.
Ideal for dinner or lunch meetings but also for gatherings of a smaller group.
The room has large windows for sufficient light and ventilation.
For presentations we can install an LCD screen or a separate beamer with screen.
Maximum capacity:
- Block setup: 22 people
- U-shape setup: 20 people
- Theater setup: 45 people
Knight's Room
A beautiful boardroom situated in the authentic part of the castle.
Ideal for dinner or lunch meetings but also for gatherings of smaller groups.
The room has large windows for sufficient light and ventilation.
For presentations we can install an LCD screen or a separate beamer with screen.

Group reservations
Parking
Ample parking space is available around Kerckebosch Castle. There are no costs attached to this. Parking on site is at your own risk. There are two charging stations present in the parking area.
WiFi
Wifi is available throughout the castle. Our network is called Kerckebosch Guest, there is no password required to log in.

What audio-visual equipment is available?
The use of a beamer and projection screen is included by default in our packages. We can install a mobile TV screen or a separate projection screen in our boardrooms.
