Our contemporary bistoria is located in a modern conservatory, near the forest and overlooking the green environment. The name was created by merging Bistro and Trattoria. We serve international dishes here in an informal atmosphere, from our open kitchen. The dishes have influences from the French, Italian, Caribbean, and Asian kitchen.
The heart of our regularly changing menu is the Bistoria Top 10.
This consists of dishes with the portioning of a side dish. All dishes from our Top 10 cost € 18.00 each. You make a choice from all our dishes and compose your own menu. Three dishes of your choice plus a dessert or coffee for € 54.50 per menu. With these dishes we can compose an appropriate wine package for you. Of course, we also have our Classics and XL dishes for a slightly larger appetite.
About a quarter of the dishes in our Top 10 are vegetarian.
Bistoria is open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:30 and for dinner from 17:30 onwards.
The kitchen closes at 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday, and at 21:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. During the winter months, the kitchen closes a bit earlier on Sunday evenings, at 20:00.
When the weather is nice, Bistoria is served on our terrace.
Our wine menu includes wines from all over the world. All dishes from the Bistoria Top 10 and all desserts come with a wine suggestion of € 8.50 per glass. If you prefer to drink alcohol-free, but would like to drink something exciting, we offer alcohol-free cocktails and a full alcohol-free package.

Enjoy a lovely, almost royally, afternoon with our Royal Tea. The luxurious and extensive variant of the well-known High-Tea. We serve these in our attractive conservatory or on the terrace when the weather allows us. If you are bringing a lot of people, it is of course also possible to serve our Royal Tea in an exclusively reserved space.
