Corona Protocol

In order to welcome our guests safely and securely, we have also taken the following measures:

Disinfection equipment

When entering and leaving the hotel, all guests are requested to disinfect their hands with a disinfecting gel. In addition, gloves are also available if desired.

Hotel cleaning

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in high volume areas. We also do this for regularly touched surfaces, especially in public areas, for example: the reception desk, door handles, bathrooms, and room keys.

Room cleaning

Our cleaners only clean rooms after the guests check out. If guests stay more than 4 nights in the hotel, we will clean the room after the 4th night when the guest is out of the room for a few hours.

Safety and Cleaning Guidelines

Safety and cleaning guidelines are available and posted throughout the hotel, including staff areas, to help protect you and others.

We would like to refer you to RIVM for an answer to the most frequently asked questions.

For questions about cancellations, please refer to the general terms and conditions of the UVH.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our staff.

We wish you a warm welcome at Kerckebosch Castle
