Bistoria is the contemporary restaurant of Kasteel Kerckebosch, located in a bright conservatory at the edge of the forest. In an informal fine-dining setting, the open kitchen works with seasonal products and international influences, including from France, Italy, the Caribbean, and Asia. The restaurant forms the culinary heart of the castle, where attention, taste, and a personal approach are central.
Can guests from the region also visit Bistoria without a hotel reservation?
Yes. Guests who are not staying at the hotel are also warmly welcome for lunch, dinner in the castle's restaurant. We also offer packages such as a Royal High Tea. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays.
How does Bistoria handle vegetarian wishes and dietary preferences?
The kitchen is happy to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies. If you communicate your preferences when making a reservation or upon arrival, the team will gladly put together a suitable menu.

Bistoria is open for lunch and dinner; the exact times may vary by day and season and are listed on the website and in your reservation confirmation. Breakfast is served in the morning in the restaurant. In certain room types, breakfast can also be chosen to be served in the room for an additional fee.

Yes, in consultation, cooking workshops and culinary activities are organized for (small) groups in collaboration with the kitchen team of Bistoria. Think of thematic workshops, tastings, or special evenings where you get to work in the kitchen yourself. The reservations department will be happy to inform you about the possibilities and customization for your group.
